ID FRANCE SMIDCAPS / CROSS-BORDER MERGER OPERATION

In order to continue the international development of our managed funds and to standardize our offer, ID FRANCE SMIDCAPS fund initially domiciled in France has been migrated on September 10, 2019 to our Luxembourg SICAV TWENTY FIRST FUNDS.

The fund aims to outperform the CAC MID & SMALL (CACMS) index with net dividends reinvested over the recommended investment horizon.

The fund, which invests primarily in the equity markets, is intended to deliver performance higher than that of the CAC Mid & Small index by means of a “stock picking” approach. The Fund does not aim to replicate its benchmark but rather to outperform it while maintaining volatility below this index. To achieve this, the management team will endeavour to invest in small- and mid-cap French companies on significant discounts, with satisfactory profitability, and quality management.

To this end, the management team will rely on quantitative decision support tools and regular contacts with the top management of the companies in which the Fund is or might be invested.
