Information on UCITS and services

Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance. It is not constant over time.

Past performance should not be the central element of a subscriber's investment decision. In this regard, other elements appearing on the reporting sheets associated with each UCITS and posted online must be taken into consideration. The management company cannot be held responsible for an investment or disinvestment decision made on the basis of the information contained on this website.

It is recalled that subscribing to shares or units of UCITS can present risks. The value of investments can go up or down depending on market developments, and the investor may not recover the amounts invested, the value of the shares and units depending on the value of the financial instruments held in the portfolio. The tax treatment specific to investing in shares or units of UCITS depends on the individual situation of each investor and may be subject to change.

Past performance cannot guarantee future results, and investments made can fluctuate both down and up, with the value of shares or units depending on the value of the financial instruments held in the portfolio. Therefore, investors may not recover the initially invested amount, and no income guarantee is provided.

The KIID (Key Investor Information Document) of each UCITS must be provided to you prior to any subscription. In the presence of a UCITS not subject to the obligation to produce a KIID, the prospectus of the relevant UCITS must be provided to you prior to any subscription.

The KIID describes the main characteristics of the UCITS, including its classification, investment policy, allocation of results, conditions of subscription and redemption, risk and return profile of the UCITS, fees borne by the UCITS during the last financial year (or a simulation in the presence of a recently created UCITS), and past performance.

The reporting sheets associated with each UCITS are indicative. Only the prospectus, the KIID (for UCITS subject to the obligation to produce a KIID), and the regulatory reporting documents (i.e., reports required by regulations) are valid.

Investors are invited to refer to the periodic regulatory reports related to each UCITS.

TWENTY FIRST CAPITAL and its subsidiary companies draw the attention of non-professional investors within the meaning of the AMF General Regulation to the importance of consulting the KIID of the UCITS, its prospectus, and its latest financial statements, which alone have contractual value.

The information on this website cannot be considered as promotional information for non-professional individuals or legal entities. The latter must rely on the legal documentation relating to the planned investment and possibly the advice of a professional of their choice.

No investment advisory service (within the meaning of Article L.321-1, 5°, of the Monetary and Financial Code) or portfolio management for third parties (within the meaning of Article L.321-1, 4°, of the Monetary and Financial Code) will be provided to a client before the signing of a written service agreement in compliance with current regulations.
